What is Free Strings?
The Free Strings Project is a comprehensive online curriculum for string players based on the nexus between creative musicianship, cultural inclusiveness and the skill set required for a lifetime in music.

“This resource has the power to change the narrative about what it is that string players do! There’s an amazing cast of educators and pro performers featured in these well-produced videos, and a plethora of scaffolded curricular material and sheet music. You literally cannot go wrong! Highly Recommended!”
- Elizabeth Fortune, Chair NAfME Council for Orchestral Education, Director of Education: Wintergrass Festival
